Therefore I reduced the rent of the apartment but let people to pay their own energy consumption. There are many ways to save energy without losing comfort, like refresh ambient air in rush but short windows open, improving the way you wash you dishes, reduce the temperature when you are not home etc.
According to past experience average payment for two person per month is averaged about 60€ over 12 moths. You send to me the pictures of the meter readings each month. I will calculate the cost accordingly. You pay with the rent together.
