This rental is only for students:
Dear students,

from now onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 3. district of Vienna, on Breitenfurter Straße. The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. At the moment 1 female and 3 male student live there, who get along with eachother very well.
The room is furnished with a highbed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a seperate toilet.

The contract for the room is for 5 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice, by the end of February, AUgust or September. If you want to cancel your contract earlier or a different time this is also possible if you find a suitable new tenant yourself.

The rent is EUR 510,- pr month plus an additional EUR 80,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 590,-

The deposit is EUR 1180,-

There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
