All kind of shops, bus-train-metro-stations, taxi stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee houses, bars, fitness centers, English cinema, libraries, famous museums and much more can be reached within a short walking distance.

Also, Vienna's most popular tourist attractions can be reached by a short walk (St. Stephens Cathedral (5 min), Schwedenplatz (5 min), Hofburg (7 min), St. Ruprecht Church (3 min), Ankeruhr (1 min) etc.

There is a convenient sleeping option for 4 guests (high quality double bed) and sofa bed (living room). The whole apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture. The living room is very comfortably furnished with plenty of shelves, table, big windows, couch, SMART-TV (Easy Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime), etc.

The kitchen contains an oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, stove, washing machine, etc. Also new plates and cutlery are included in the rental price, so you can move in without making any additional purchases. There are lots of ways to buy or order high quality or fast food in the area but our guest have also the option to cook for themselves and enjoy their meals at the dinner table.

There is also a storage room within the apartment with lots of space to store luggage, presents, etc.

In the inner court of the house there is also a garage and a bike storage place.
