General Description
All our apartments are fully equipped with a desk with drawer unit on castors and with a chair, whiteboard, TV shelf, bed (1,20 m) with storage unit, coat rack with a shoe shelf, closet, mirror, built-In microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hobs, kitchen hood, shelves and sink, dining bar table with bar-stool. You also have your large bathroom in the apartment, including a shower with a glass door, towel rail, toilet, and washbasin. In the house, you can also find plenty of communal areas to meet your future friends. We also have a laundry facility in the building, which is equipped with washing machines and dryers.
The fixed renting period is 6 or 12 months.

No need to be lonely. You are sharing a house with people from all over the world. Our air-conditioned communal areas are tailored to your needs and the perfect place for meeting your future friends. Cooking together in the communal kitchen, watching a movie in the TV Lounge, having a competition in a billiard or just having a chat – nothing is easier at us. In summer you can admire the view of Vienna on our amazing rooftop while enjoying a BBQ steak prepared directly in the open kitchen on the roof terrace.
If you need any support or assistance, our in-house team consisting of House Managers and Study Helpers stand by your side and helps you with all organizational matters or further questions about your living situation. They will also prepare for you monthly events and activities like movies night, Halloween party, Christmas party, that you will always feel like home.

Our apartment is located at the Vienna Main Station, in the 10th district, in a completely new district. The Sonnwendviertel district combines the city life, with the peacefulness of green environments. Here you will find both shopping centres, restaurants, but also large green parks with open playing space, promenade with art corners and manufactured markets. Being located just a few minutes away from the Main Railway and bus station, there is no need to emphasize the perfect connections to local public transport networks that it provides. Here you are directly connected to the airport line, fast train, subway connections, and tram lines. In 3 subway station, you are in the city centre on the Stephansplatz or in another few stations you can reach the main universities in the city.
