This second-floor duplex apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. The modern décor is stylish and comfortable. The apartment has everything guests might need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen/diner is the heart of the apartment. This airy room has two doors which lead out to the private balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy the sea air. Inside, the wooden, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. An attractive spiral staircase leads up to a bedroom.

Location
The apartment is in the Marco Polo district of Viareggio, close to the beautiful beaches of Versilia. There are excellent bars and restaurants nearby, as well as shops and amenities.

If you can tear yourself away from the sea and sand, there are many wonderful places to visit nearby. Pisa, with its famous Leaning Tower, is just 30 minutes away. The city has a daily (except Sunday) market, the Mercato delle Vettovaglie, in the Piazza Vettovaglie. Here you can pick-up delicious local produce. Pisa also has a flea market on the second weekend of the month in Piazza delle Cavaliere. The market is a treasure trove full of hidden gems.

The stunning city of Luca is just 30 minutes away. Its massive Renaissance walls are not to be missed. You can hire a bicycle and ride around the ramparts. The central circular piazza is also worth a visit. It is one of Tuscany’s most beautiful destinations.
