The house is a traditional house from El Cabanyal, but has been newly renovated in 2021. It is very spacious and cozy inside, and having 2 super nice terraces is a big plus.

Designed with a mix of modern style but at the same time keeping the traditional elements, gives the house a character that makes it very special.

My house is a typical house of this old fishermen's quarter, El Cabanyal, and It can accommodate 2 people.

All furniture and equipment is brand new. In the entry level, you will find the living room with a tv and a really big and comfortable sofa overlooking a small patio entrance. The glass doors can be completely open to make a feeling you are in the patio. Next to it there is a spacious dinning area and full equipped kitchen, the bathroom and a small gallery. In the upper level, there is a big and bright master bedroom, with areading area, a studio with a desk and 2 big and sunny terraces.
In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You also have some basic condiments for cooking such as oil, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, as well as detergent to wash the dishes, thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of making this basic purchase.
The bathroom features a standing shower. Bath amenities are provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hair dryer.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed (150 x 190 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep and a closet with enough space for clothes. Also there is relaxing area with a reading chair, perfect to relax. The bedroom open to a big really nice private terrace with a big table and chairs, which is the ideal space for having breakfast, sipping a glass of wine or al fresco dining, possible nearly all year round.
Next to the bedroom, there is a studio with a desk, perfect to work remotely which also have access to a second private terrace.

The expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
