I'm going abroad for a year and I'm searching for a long-term tenant to house-sit while I'm away . The studio will be available until the end of august in 2026. I'm looking for someone who is commited to staying for most of the academic year, since I won't be able to find a new tenant while I'm away. In discussion we can arrange the start & end dates 📆, to establish a temporary rental contract.

The comforts of this studio:
- 28m2, excluding 5m2 of the mezzanine where the bed would be positioned 🛋️
- Kitchen with fridge, washer and dryer combo, coffeemachine (capsules) and a microwave. Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and frying pans included aswell 🍽️ (communual freezer in the building)
- Your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet 🚿
- Other furniture like a sofa, a TV, office chair, a wardrobe, and a table to eat with friends!

Furthermore:
- 12 minutes by bike or with public transit to the city center, 8 minutes to Utrecht Central Station, and 25 minutes to Science Park 🚲. (Timings by bike or public transit are pretty much identical for this location).
- Shopping mall at walking distance.
- You could use my bike if you want to.

Pricing:
- Rent: €1.350 ➡️ all utilities included: gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, and furniture.
- Deposit: 1 month rent
