I want to rent out my 2-room apartment to tidy and responsible people. Rental period is 2 months, starting from the 1st of January (there is a possibility to move in earlier).

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/livingroom. It is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom is spacious, with a large bed, and a built-in wardrobe. From the bedroom, you can access the second enclosed balcony.
