Welcome to Le Daurade, a renovated studio on Rue Léon Gambetta in the heart of Toulouse. Located on the first floor of a charming period building, this flat puts you steps from the Garonne, Place de la Daurade and Place du Capitole. It features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi and everything you need for a relaxing city break or an extended stay.

The Space:
Le Daurade is a fully renovated studio on Rue Léon Gambetta, right in the historic heart of Toulouse. Set on the first floor of a traditional stone building (no lift), the apartment combines period charm with modern comfort.

The living space is organised around a double bed dressed in quality linen, a flat-screen TV and a compact work area with high-speed Wi-Fi — ideal if you need to stay connected during your trip. The kitchenette is fitted with a hob, a fridge, a coffee maker, cookware and tableware, giving you everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with first-night essentials such as soap, toilet paper and washing-up liquid.

Step outside and you are immediately in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Toulouse. Place de la Daurade and the banks of the Garonne are a two-minute walk away, while Place du Capitole is roughly five minutes on foot. The Pont Neuf, the Basilique Saint-Sernin and the Musée des Augustins are all within easy walking distance. Restaurants, bakeries, markets and boutiques line every surrounding street.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire studio to yourself throughout your stay, including the sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom. We provide first-night essentials — soap, toilet paper and washing-up liquid — so you can settle in straight away.

Interaction with Guests:
Le Daurade is managed by (hidden), a professional short- and mid-term rental operator based in Toulouse. The apartment is registered with the City of Toulouse in accordance with local regulations. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are welcome on request — please let us know in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Le Daurade sits in the absolute heart of Toulouse, on Rue Léon Gambetta between Place de la Daurade and Place du Capitole. The Garonne riverbanks are a two-minute stroll away, perfect for a morning walk or a sunset along the water. Place du Capitole, with its cafés, restaurants and weekly market, is five minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is lively yet charming, with independent shops, wine bars, art galleries and some of the best dining in the city within a few blocks.

Getting Around:
The Capitole metro station (line A) is a five-minute walk from the studio, connecting you to the rest of Toulouse in minutes. The Esquirol station is equally close. Gare Matabiau is reachable in about ten minutes by metro or fifteen minutes on foot. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is roughly thirty minutes away via the airport shuttle from gare Matabiau. The central location also makes it easy to explore on foot — most major sights are within a fifteen-minute walking radius.
