Söker en lägenhet på gångavstånd från min odlingslott i Enskede gård. Minst 35 kvm, antingen längst ner, eller annars med hiss. Optimalt vore gavel- eller hörnlägenhet. Måste ha riktigt kök, eller stor och genomtänkt kokvrå (om annat är väldigt rätt). Badkar (eller möjlighet att sätta tillbaka badkar, om det tagits bort) är ett måste, och att det inte är för lyhört. Lugnt hus och tysta grannar är nåt jag verkligen värdesätter. Måste ligga nära tunnelbana (max 500 m). Absolut maxhyra 6200, och gärna lägre än så. Och jag sitter inte i sjön, så viktigast är att det blir rätt, och bytet är smidigt; inte att det går fort.
