## Layout
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small-scale building with a lift. It offers two full bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and double sink, a separate toilet and two balconies. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the second a bed (180 x 200 cm) with a large built-in wardrobe. If you don't need a second bedroom, it can be fitted out as an office or dressing room in consultation with us.

The fully equipped open kitchen offers plenty of storage and is fitted with built-in appliances: induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, pans and tableware. The spacious living and dining area seats six at the dining table and features a sofa and TV. A separate storage room off the entrance hall holds a washing machine and dryer.
