Old Brick is a beautifully renovated building of over 600 m2, located at Oudesteenweg 108 in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, public transport, and Antwerp Central Station.

The building consists of spacious studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette — offering residents privacy, comfort, and independence.

Exceptional shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area, dedicated workspaces, and a cozy lounge — all designed to foster connection and well-being.

The community will consist mainly of international expats and young professionals who value comfort, design, and meaningful connection. All common areas will be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

The building is currently undergoing full renovation and will officially open its doors in September 2025.
