The apartment is located in a quiet and residential neighbourhood on the second floor (elevator). All rooms are equipped with double bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning. One room has a ensuite bathroom where also the communal washing machine /dryer is located. Both bathrooms have a shower. The apartment dispose of a lovely cosy balcony with outside sittings. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine) and joint to the living room space by an open space. The rent is monthly and included all bills, except the electricity approx 106 euro per month (even less for sustainable users). Deposit might vary depending on the amount of months rent. For students ideally minimum rent would be 6 months (but we can always have a chat about it).
