Are you looking for a comfortable place right in the heart of the center of Rome? My mini studio is the perfect choice for you! It is so central that you can walk everywhere. Trastevere and its nightlife are just a few steps away from the other side of the 400-year-old Ponte Sisto. Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Gianicolo are all less than 15 minutes away on foot. The Vatican and the Colosseum are only 20! The house has a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking, bathroom, air conditioning, TV and private access!

Space
ATTENTION: the price you will pay does not include cleaning costs, which amount to € 45. You will have to pay this price upon arrival.
This central but affordable studio apartment consists of a single room with:
- sofa bed;
- single folding bed
- flat screen TV
- kitchenette.

The studio is very small!
Once the beds are opened there will be no more space, so you will have to close them if you want to spend time inside.
The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access from the street.
Access for guests
Guests will have access to the whole house, everything is there for you!
We will provide linens, clean towels, toiletries and the most important single-serve products for the home

You are renting the whole apartment.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions;)

- Cleaning costs (€ 45) are not included in the price you pay on (hidden). You will be required to pay it upon arrival (for in-person check-in) or before receiving the access codes to the house in case you prefer a self check-in!

- The calendar is always up to date, so if you find the dates you are interested in available, you can book right away.

- It is possible to check in early, but it depends on the previous booking, so I will be able to tell you just a few days before your arrival. You can drop by and drop off your bags from 11:30 onwards being careful not to slow down the cleaners in their work.

- Late check-in is possible with a supplement of € 25 to be paid to the person waiting for you at the house. Otherwise I can organize a self check in for you! It's easy and free.

- I can arrange private transport to or from the airport for € 50!

- I stick to the minimum. I will have to ask for document details to complete a mandatory registration with the local police office. We will also need to sign a formal contract. Respecting the minimum is right and is a guarantee for both!
