Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, this beautiful 53m2 apartment, bright and tastefully decorated, is close to Paris's main attractions, such as the Montparnasse Tower, and is situated right in front of the park, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a high-quality queen-size sofa bed, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The apartment overlooks a spacious garden and you can even catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washing machine and an iron.
