This vacation rental sleeps up to 4 people and has access to a quiet courtyard. The studio is located on the ground floor, it is fully equipped and is located less than a minute from the metro Lamarck Caulaincourt on the line 12.

Agency fees

The agency fees charged are calculated as follows (including V.A.T) :

– Lease of 3 to 6 months, the agent shall be paid 75% (incl. VAT) of the amount of one month’s rent.
– Lease of more than 6 months and one day, the agent shall be paid the sum corresponding to the amount of one month’s rent (incl. VAT).
- 10% discount for students
