This apartment can accommodate 5 people. It was completely renovated in August 2011 and it is located on the first floor. Side living room, a view of a quiet street, side rooms, a view of the courtyard of the building quiet. The apartment consists of an entrance serving the living room with open kitchen, fully equipped. There is also a table for dining, a double sofa bed, TV, stereo and internet. On the other side of the hallway you access the bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. The hallway also provides access to two bedrooms (railroad style, one leading to the other): master bedroom with double bed, small desk and a large closet, and the second bedroom is ideal for children with a raised bed and 2 armchairs - beds extra. There is also a dresser for storage.

Agency fees

The agency fees charged are calculated as follows (including V.A.T) :

– Lease of 3 to 6 months, the agent shall be paid 75% (incl. VAT) of the amount of one month’s rent.
– Lease of more than 6 months and one day, the agent shall be paid the sum corresponding to the amount of one month’s rent (incl. VAT).

- 10% discount for students

Renter's insurance

Also, by French law you are required to subscribe to renter's insurance. We can provide a link if necessary.

We further ask for an insurance covering unpaid rent, like garantme.

Please note that you may have to pay supplements for entry into the premises according to your arrival time and under the following conditions:

Monday to Saturday:
3 p.m. – 8 p.m.: free
8 p.m. – 9 p.m .: € 20
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m .: € 30
22:30 – 01:00: 50 €

Sunday and Public Holiday:
Before 8:00 p.m .: € 30
8 p.m. – 9 p.m .: € 40
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m .: € 50
22:30 – 01:00: 65 €
