The studio is compact yet bright, designed to be both functional and welcoming. New windows ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, keeping the space comfortable at any time of day. The furniture is entirely new and exactly as shown in the photos, maintained with care to offer a fresh, modern, and comfortable environment. The studio is thoughtfully arranged and equipped for a pleasant stay, suitable for guests visiting for study or work as well as travelers who want to experience the city from a truly privileged and convenient location.

The security deposit will be refunded before your departure: 50% approximately 30 days before the departure date, after payment of the last monthly fee, and the remaining 50% on the day of your departure.

All utilities, condominium fees, and other additional costs are covered by a fixed all-inclusive monthly fee of €120, payable in addition to the rent.
As regards electricity, the fee includes reasonable consumption of up to 200 kWh per month for one person. Any consumption above this threshold may be charged separately, based on the cost per kWh shown on the official electricity bill. The meter, located outside the entrance door, is easy to read and allows the tenant to check consumption at any time.
