This recently refurbished studio apartment is set in a central and well-connected part of the city, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Cultural landmarks, university buildings, shops, and everyday amenities are all close at hand. At the same time, the surrounding neighborhood remains quiet and residential, offering a pleasant balance between convenience and tranquility.
Although the apartment is modest in size, it is bright and carefully arranged to provide both comfort and practicality. The recently installed windows offer strong thermal and sound insulation, helping create a calm and comfortable indoor environment throughout the day. The studio also features a lovely balcony, a valuable outdoor space where guests can unwind and enjoy a bit of fresh air.

The security deposit will be refunded before your departure: 50% approximately 30 days before the departure date, after payment of the last monthly fee, and the remaining 50% on the day of your departure.

All utilities, condominium fees, and other additional costs are covered by a fixed all-inclusive monthly fee of €120, payable in addition to the rent.
As regards electricity, the fee includes reasonable consumption of up to 200 kWh per month for one person. Any consumption above this threshold may be charged separately, based on the cost per kWh shown on the official electricity bill. The meter, located outside the entrance door, is easy to read and allows the tenant to check consumption at any time.
