The apartment comes fully furnished with new pieces, exactly as displayed in the photos, and has been kept in excellent condition. Every detail has been arranged to create a welcoming and practical environment, ideal for students, professionals, or visitors looking for a convenient base in the city.

The security deposit will be refunded before your departure: 50% approximately 30 days before the departure date, after payment of the last monthly fee, and the remaining 50% on the day of your departure.

All utilities, condominium fees, and other additional costs are covered by a fixed all-inclusive monthly fee of €120, payable in addition to the rent.
As regards electricity, the fee includes reasonable consumption of up to 200 kWh per month for one person. Any consumption above this threshold may be charged separately, based on the cost per kWh shown on the official electricity bill. The meter, located outside the entrance door, is easy to read and allows the tenant to check consumption at any time.
