N'Attic Vomero Penthouse è un elegante appartamento all’ottavo piano di un condominio signorile, nel cuore più autentico e centrale del Vomero. Siete a due passi da tutto: Castel Sant’Elmo, la Certosa di San Martino, le vie pedonali dello shopping e un'infinità di bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti. La fermata della metropolitana dista appena 150 metri e vi porta nel centro storico o in qualsiasi altra zona della città in soli 10 minuti.
L’appartamento è estremamente luminoso e si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali e un salone con divano letto doppio, tutti con accesso diretto al grande terrazzo panoramico: il vero protagonista della casa. Ampio, attrezzato con barbecue a gas e arredato per vivere all’aperto, è perfetto per colazioni al sole, cene tra amici o semplicemente per rilassarsi guardando il tramonto su Napoli.
Ogni camera da letto è dotata di condizionatore, così come il soggiorno, per un totale di 3 climatizzatori che garantiscono comfort ideale in ogni periodo dell’anno. Completano la casa una cucina moderna e completamente accessoriata e due bagni.
Una base perfetta per godersi Napoli, sia per una vacanza che per soggiorni di lavoro o lunghi periodi.
Il 24 e il 31 dicembre il check-in sarà possibile fino alle ore 18:00.
Al momento del check-in ti sarà richiesto di firmare un contratto, come previsto dalla normativa italiana sulle locazioni.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

N'Attic Vomero Penthouse is an elegant apartment on the eighth floor of an elegant condominium, in the most authentic and central heart of Vomero. You are a stone's throw from everything: Castel Sant'Elmo, the Certosa di San Martino, the pedestrian shopping streets and an infinite number of bars, pastry shops and restaurants. The metro stop is just 150 meters away and takes you to the historic center or to any other area of the city in just 10 minutes.
The apartment is extremely bright and consists of two double bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed, all with direct access to the large panoramic terrace: the real protagonist of the house. Large, equipped with gas barbecue and furnished for outdoor living, it is perfect for breakfasts in the sun, dinners with friends or simply for relaxing watching the sunset over Naples.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, as is the living room, for a total of 3 air conditioners that guarantee ideal comfort at any time of the year. The house is completed by a modern and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
A perfect base for enjoying Naples, whether for a vacation or for business stays or long periods.
On 24 and 31 December, check-in will be possible until 18:00.
Upon check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
