On this same floor there is a charming bathroom with a shower and in the hall area there is a large closet to store suitcases or other packages, and the staircase to access the upper area of the house.
On the upper floor we find a large living room with split air conditioning, in which a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue stands out and direct communication, through a glass door, with a huge terrace with privileged views of all Murcia and from where you can see beautiful sunsets.
A complete bathroom with a shower and a beautiful kitchen decorated with bright colors and which has all the appliances: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc. A table and chairs complete its furniture and, to highlight, the large terrace connected by a door that houses a washing machine, clothesline, water heater and a beautiful 4-meter storage room where you can store everything.
