2. If the tenant is from a non-EU country, they must provide all the required documentation: a valid passport and residence permit.
3. It is a legal requirement in Italy to sign a simple medium-term rental contract between both parties. Therefore, the contract must be signed before the keys are handed over. A Codice Fiscale is required to sign the contract.
4. The electricity cost included in the rent is limited to 80 euros. Any excess consumption shall be paid by the tenant. At the end of the contract, a settlement of electricity expenses will be carried out to determine the balance in favor of or against the tenant.
