Cerchi un affitto a Milano? Questo appartamento è completamente attrezzato.
CONDIZIONE DI AFFITTO:
- il contratto di locazione deve avere una durata di 12 mesi. Se vuoi lasciare la casa prima della fine del contratto puoi trovare un altro inquilino disposto a subentrare nel tuo contratto e continuare a pagare l'affitto. Se non ne trovi uno, sarai tenuto a pagare fino alla fine del soggiorno.
- per prenotare la camera dovrai fornirci il passaporto (se sei extra-UE anche il permesso di soggiorno) e pagare tramite la piattaforma il primo canone mensile più il contributo una tantum HousingAnywhere.
Il giorno del tuo arrivo:
- firmeremo il contratto di noleggio.
-Cauzione: 3 mensilità di affitto a titolo di cauzione da versare il giorno del check-in.
- Tassa di registrazione del contratto una tantum: dipenderà dalla durata del contratto e dall'importo dell'affitto mensile

RENTAL CONDITION:
- the rental contract must have a duration of 12 months. If you want to leave the house before the end of the contract you can find another tenant willing to take over your contract and continue paying the rent. If you don't find one, you will be responsible for paying until the end of your stay.
- to book the room you will have to provide us with your passport (if you are non-EU also with your residence permit) and pay the first monthly fee plus the one-off HousingAnywhere contribution via the platform.
On the day of your arrival:
- we will sign the rental contract.
-Deposit: 3 months' rent as a deposit to be paid on the day of check-in.
- One-time contract registration fee: will depend on the duration of the contract and the amount of the monthly rent
