Cascina Merlata is a new area of Milan, which is rapidly becoming one of the most interesting and livable areas of the city.
The area features large residential spaces, modern facilities, and well-organized services. It is famous for the Cascina Merlata park, a large green lung that offers ample areas for walking, playing sports, or simply relaxing in the open air. This park is a real landmark for those who live in the area, also ideal for families with children and we cannot forget the Merlata Bloom Mall which is one of the newest and most modern shopping centers in Milan.
It is a perfect destination for shopping, leisure, and also for those looking for a place to take a walk or enjoy a lunch out.
In terms of connections, Cascina Merlata is well served by public transport, such as the M1 line (red metro) thanks to the "Rho Fiera" and "Molino Dorino" stops, which are very close, and by a network of roads and ring roads that allow you to move easily in the city and to other destinations. The area is also within walking distance of the Expo 2015 area, another point that has increased its appeal in recent years.

You will also find the Urban Wall, one of the largest climbing gyms in Europe, Aero Gravity, a state-of-the-art indoor skydiving facility where the second largest vertical wind tunnel in the world is located, as well as the only one in Italy. Getting around
The M1 line (red metro) is the main transportation serving the area. The nearest stop is "Molino Dorino" which takes you directly to "Rho Fiera", which is a few minutes' walk from Cascina Merlata.
This stop is strategic because it quickly connects the area with the center of Milan and other important areas.

The M1 Red Line is a crucial hub, allowing you to reach the center of Milan (Duomo, Cadorna, San Babila) in about 20-25 minutes.
In addition, the stop is also well connected to the Expo Gate and the Fiera Milano Rho area, ideal for events, fairs and conferences.
