You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 2.400€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement directly to the property and pay the first installment directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
