Two windows and a French door bring plenty of natural light and lead to the spacious balcony, furnished with table and chairs. On the balcony you will also find the washing machine and dryer. The view overlooks the quiet and green inner courtyard.

From the entrance you can also access a hallway with shelving, leading to the spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and another French door opening onto the balcony. The modern bathroom, located just before the bedroom, includes a wide shower, toilet, bidet and a window facing the balcony.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, very bright, quiet and equipped with high-speed Internet.

Area description

The apartment is located in Porta Romana, a safe, residential and very well-served neighborhood. Within a short walking distance you will find supermarkets, shops and all daily amenities. The location is excellent for reaching Bocconi University, the city center and any part of Milan thanks to convenient public transport connections.

Right in front of the building’s entrance is the main Fastweb head(hidden), in one of the most modern and futuristic squares in the area. Just a few meters away you will also find the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Games head(hidden).
A short walk from the apartment is the renowned Fondazione Prada museum, one of Milan’s most iconic contemporary art spaces, adding even more cultural and architectural value to the neighborhood.

The cleanings included in the rental price are performed once every month. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 180. The cost can change according to the size and the conditions of the accommodation.
