A large park with wood will be built here where the Olympic Village for the Winter Games of Milan-Cortina 2026 will be placed.

The studio consists of an entrance hall, a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with dining table, and there is also a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and there is a convenient storage room.

The nearest metro stop is Brenta (M3 - yellow line) which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Linate Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 12 minutes by metro M3 (6 stops).
Bocconi University can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.000,00€ for monthly rent;
• 200,00€ for building fees;
• 150,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.350,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.000€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from [xxxxx] building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
