Welcome to Libeccio House, a modern two-room apartment recently renovated and located in a strategic position, a few steps from the M3 Corvetto metro, the prestigious Prada Foundation and the new Olympic Park.

On the 4th floor with lift, Libeccio House is an ideal space for 2-3 people and is perfect for both short and medium-long stays. It offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.

Libeccio House is designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The space is divided into:

- Sleeping/living area: Double bed, armchair bed for a third person, wardrobe with sliding doors, small desk and access to the balcony via French window.
- Equipped kitchen: Induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine and high table for 3 people.
- Complete bathroom: Large shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
- Extra equipment: Air conditioning, condominium heating and Smart TV. The layout guarantees natural brightness, with windows in the kitchen/dining room and French windows in the sleeping area.

Advanced Management Fee
To ensure a hassle-free experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee of €150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee includes:

✅ Final cleaning
✅ Contract closure

Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you can’t do the check in
