The studio consists of an entrance hall, a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with dining table, and there is also a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and there is a convenient storage room.

The nearest metro stop is Brenta (M3 - yellow line) which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Linate Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 12 minutes by metro M3 (6 stops).
Bocconi University can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport.

The detailed costs are:
- RENTAL: 1000€/month;
- Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 150€/month;
- CONDOMINIUM FEES: 200€/month;
TOTAL: 1350€/month.

COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME:
- 1.200€: security deposit (the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification);
- 170,00€: Customer Care (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence;
- 200€: final cleaning of the apartment.

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
