Parking: Street parking is easy to find, and there's a garage about a hundred meters away with a petrol station, mechanical workshop, and a car-sharing facility.
Public Transport: Tram 16, terminus a few meters away, takes you directly to the Duomo (20 minutes) and the Meazza Stadium. Two trolleybuses (90 and 91) circulate around the city.
Subway: The closest subway is the yellow line.

Please note that the tourist tax in Milan has increased as of January 1, 2025. The new rate is €6.30 per person, per night, applicable for
the first 14 nights of your stay. The total tax amount is now €88.20 per person
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
