The apartment is located in Porta Romana, one of the most international neighborhoods of the city due to the presence of the Bocconi University where many students from all over the world live.
It is one of the "food districts" of the city, to be frequented day and night for its many restaurants, wine bars, kiosks and cafes.
Porta Romana is characterized by a great cultural vibrancy thanks to its theatres, cinemas and the Fondazione Prada, one of the most important centres for contemporary art in Milan.

The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a living area with sofa, dining table, TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs a large sleeping area with double bed and a wardrobe.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.400,00€ for monthly rent
• 200,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.800,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.400€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from [xxxxx] building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da [xxxxx] spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
