This modern one-bedroom apartment has a spacious and bright living room consisting of TV cabinet in front of which is placed the sofa, wooden dining table and open kitchen. The white light, together with the French window, illuminates the room a lot, which is then heated thanks to the parquet. Also the bedroom, minimalist, is well lit thanks to the French window and enjoys a double bed and bedside tables. The bathroom is characterized by the soft tones of dove gray, is complete with shower and toilet. There is finally a small closet.

You can rent this apartment from 3 up to a maximum of 12 months.

The price include:
- Check-in with one of our representatives or the owner of the apartment
- Condominium fee
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet)

Amounts excluded from the price
- Agency fees: before check-in an additional amount equal to 12% of the total rental is required (VAT excluded).
- Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).

Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to one month rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Questo modernissimo bilocale si apre su un apio e luminoso soggiorno composto da mobile TV di fronte al quale è posto il divano, tavolo da pranzo in legno e cucina a vista. La luce bianca, insieme alla porta finestra, illumina molto l'ambiente, che viene poi riscaldato grazie al parquet. Anche la camera da letto, minimalista, è ben illuminata grazie alla porta finestra e gode di letto matrimoniale e comodini. Il bagno caratterizzato dai toni tenui del tortora, è completo di doccia e sanitari. C'è infine una piccolo ripostiglio.

Importi esclusi dal prezzo
- Commissioni di agenzia: prima del check-in è richiesto il pagamento di un importo aggiuntivo pari al 12% del totale della locazione (IVA esclusa).
- Tasse di registrazione del contatto. Al momento del check-in verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio, per la cui registrazione è previsto il pagamento di una imposta di bollo (pari a 16€) e di un'imposta di registro (pari al 1% del canone di locazione con un minimo di 33,5€). Esenzioni previste in caso di applicazione del regime di cedolare secca, nei casi indicati dalla legge.

Deposito cauzionale
Ti ricordiamo che prima del check-in ti verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, pari a una mensilità di affitto; verrà restituito dopo il check-out dal proprietario.

Al momento del check-in è necessario esibire, oltre al documento d'identità, il codice fiscale. Se ne sei sprovvisto potrai richiederlo presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle entrate o al Consolato del tuo paese più vicino (maggiori informazioni: (hidden)).
