Apartment: Located on the ground floor of a building, consisting of 10 units, recently built in an emblematic "yellow Milan", (hidden) offers a welcoming 48 sqm apartment, with fine finishes, parquet and exclusive garden, very quiet - without facing the street - perfect for 1 or 2 people looking for a comfortable solution in Milan.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and youthful residential area, in a typical Milanese context. The center is easily accessible by taking the Metro M2 Lambrate stop, about 7 minutes on foot from the apartment.

The entrance leads immediately to the living area consisting of functional kitchenette fully equipped and modern living room with sofa and 32 "LCD TV; a door leads to the bright bedroom composed of a French bed, a three-meter wardrobe and a chest of drawers, while a corridor leads to the pretty bathroom with shower and washing machine.
