The ARCIMBOLDI THEATER and the Suzzani swimming pool are within walking distance.
Niguarda Hospital and MULTIMEDICA Hospital are not far away.

Restaurants, pizzerias, and stores close by. Just a 4-minute walk will take you to the BICOCCA VILLAGE, a rich shopping center with all kinds of stores, restaurants, bars, piadinerias, and CINEMA theaters.

It is required on arrival to pay in cash the Tourist Tax of euro 4.50 per person, per night for 14 days.

Important to note:
- at the check-in tenants will need to pay € 63 per person as city tax
- due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent
- for check-ins after 8pm (standard time) until Midnight, a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is required upon arrival.
- Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. Extra cleanings have to be paid separately.
- Check-out cleaning fee: €150
