The apartment is located in the Porta Nuova / Moscova / Brera area, immediately adjacent to Piazzale Repubblica, a popular and central area very well served by public transport. The area represents a lively neighborhood, full of trendy and strategic places to reach, by public transport, in a few minutes, the Duomo, the fashion district, and all the main attractions of the Milanese metropolis. In about ten minutes on foot, you can reach the historic and elegant Brera district and the Pinacoteca of the same name. At 7 minutes on foot, you will find the entrance to the Metro green line "Moscova", supermarkets, nightlife venues, and Italian pastry shops, among the best in Milan, not to mention the many restaurants and pizzerias.

In the immediate vicinity, there is also the Fatebenefratelli hospital, which makes the apartment suitable for those who are choosing comfortable accommodation to stay close to a relative or a hospitalized friend.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has many amenities for pleasantly accommodating up to two adults. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots and pans.
