To complete the property there are then a long and narrow kitchen where there is a washing machine, and a discreet bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Amounts excluded from the price
- Agency fees: before check-in an additional amount equal to 10% of the total rental is required (VAT excluded).

Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to three months rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy.

Dotato di tutti i beni necessari per un soggiorno confortevole, presenta elementi come forno, doccia, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, balcone e persino una comodissima cabina armadio; garantisce inoltre silenzio e tranquillità ai suoi inquilini. Superato il corridoio d'ingresso si accede al soggiorno composto da divano, mobile tv, tavolo da pranzo espandibile e spaziosa libreria. Superato questo si giunge nell'ampia e luminosa camera da letto, anch'essa provvista di mobile tv, due comodini e, come anticipato, spaziosa cabina armadio. A completare l'immobile ci sono poi una lunga e stretta cucina abitabile in cui è posizionata la lavatrice, e un discreto bagno completo di doccia, lavandino e sanitari.
