The apartment consists of an entrance that leads to a large and bright living area, equipped with a sofa bed, TV and dining area. The kitchen is spacious, the bathroom has a shower, and there is a double bedroom with its wardrobe.

The apartment enjoys an extremely convenient location to reach the center of Milan. Thanks to the new metro line M4, you can reach Piazza del Duomo in just 20 minutes and Linate Airport in just 20 minutes. In addition, Corso Indipendenza and Corso Ventidue Marzo are easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.300,00€ for monthly rent;
• 300,00€ for building fees;
• 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.850,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.300€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from [xxxxx] building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
