The two-room apartment offers an equipped kitchen overlooking a living area which gives direct access on one side to the comfortable bedroom with double bed, and on the other side to the bathroom. It can be equipped with a comfortable bathtub or have a shower. The furnishings are tailor-made to optimize the spaces and make the environment functional.

Several two room apartments are particularly quiet because they face the inner building’s courtyard and are characterized by a delightful small balcony. Others overlook Via Galvano Fiamma, and still others are characterized by a double exposure.

All are equipped with the best comforts and privacy that our residence offers.

It is possible to bring your pet for an additional fee of 30 euros.

Gli appartamenti bilocali executive del residence propongono una cucina attrezzata a vista su una zona living che dà direttamente accesso da una parte alla comoda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, e dall’altra al bagno. Alcuni sono dotati di una confortevole vasca mentre altri di doccia. Gli arredi sono fatti su misura per ottimizzare gli spazi e rendere l’ambiente funzionale.

Diversi bilocali sono particolarmente silenziosi perché affacciano sull’interno del cortile dello stabile e sono caratterizzati da un delizioso balconcino. Altri si affacciano su Via Galvano Fiamma, ed altri ancora sono caratterizzati da una doppia esposizione.
