*All electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, and high-speed internet costs are included in the monthly rental price.
*Biweekly cleaning of the suite, change of bed linen and daily cleaning of common areas is also included.

Our coliving combines private suites with common areas, all of them fully equipped and designed to offer maximum comfort to our guests. We have different categories of accommodation, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and requirements.
Suiters is a newly built building, where different leisure and work spaces coexist. In addition, as a member of our coliving, you will become part of a community of like-minded people with whom you will share unforgettable moments, thanks to the weekly activities and events organized by Suiters (you can find out more on our website and social networks).
Our building is located in the center of (hidden), in the heart of the city. The historic center, the old town, the leisure area, the commercial area and the beach are a maximum of 15 minutes walk away.
