This ground-floor apartment has a large private terrace. It is part of Home Club’s General Margallo building where all apartments have access to a number of common areas such as a gym, lounge area, and coworking spaces. The apartment is located in the excellent area of Cuzco. Located in the north of the city, it is far from the hustle and bustle of central Madrid but has excellent transport links around the capital.

In the living room of the apartment, you will find large windows facing the terrace which provide ample natural light. The terrace area is perfect to enjoy some fresh air while relaxing outdoors. Culture: This neighborhood is known for Plaza de Cuzco and its proximity to the Bernabéu stadium. There ́s also easy access to a variety of shops, offices, and restaurants as well as Paseo de la Castellana, a major street in Madrid, with more shops and landmarks. There are plenty of traditional barrio taverns and Irish pubs, alongside chic cocktail lounges and clubs.

Shopping: There are small shops and supermarkets for daily shopping in the area. Alcampo supermarket 170 meters away; or La Garriga, a premium food store with a small dining area for breakfast, snacks and meals.

Food/Drink: There are many great restaurants for casual or fine dining in the area. Additionally, there are many cocktail bars and cafes nearby that you can walk to.
