MONTHLY RENTAL
Brand new apartment in Barrio Salamanca renovated and for rent for months, very close to the Lista Metro.
This bright apartment is fully furnished and equipped, it has two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and another single room with a 90cm bed, one of them with a built-in wardrobe and another normal wardrobe. The kitchen is of the office type and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, among others, necessary for your comfort. The house has a bathroom with a shower. In addition, it has the basic elements to make your stay more pleasant, such as air conditioning, heating, SMARTV, washing machine, elevator, among others.
The apartment is perfectly located in the famous Salamanca district of Madrid. You can find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid. Also, you will be able to get to know the rest of the city using public transport, the closest metro station being Diego de Leon (L5) and Lista, and several bus lines.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
