The living room includes a large relaxation area with 2 3-seater sofas, one with a chaise-longue. The other recliner, with a 50-inch Smart TV. The living room has a comfortable table for 8 people. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and complete kitchenware for a comfortable and long stay.

It has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms, with large showers and 450 liters of hot water, enough for 8 simultaneous and consecutive showers. The apartment is equipped with Internet, a building with an elevator and a doorman.

NOTE When entering the building you have to go down a few steps to access the elevator. It has Internet and everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay in Madrid.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking lot within about 220 meters of the apartment.
