MONTHLY RENTAL
CENTER APARTMENT FOR RENT BY MONTHS
It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobes, window to interior patio, bed linen and heating by electric radiator.
The kitchen is of the American type and has vitroceramic, fridge, complete kitchenware, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, and breakfast table with 4 chairs.
The living room is composed of 1 sofa type Chaise longe, work desk and chair, TV and internet connection, air conditioning hot / cold.
The bathroom is shower type and has wardrobes and towels.
The house is located in a first floor in the interior of the building, it counts with an elevator and its location is in the heart of Madrid a few steps away
from Puerta del Sol and 10 minutes from Paseo del Prado. Well connected by BusM1, 52, 53 and Metro Sevilla and Sol.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
