This 105 m2 exterior apartment is located in a restored 17th century building, located on a second floor with a lift and stands out for its three balconies facing the street, high ceilings and old doors. Due to its thick walls, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. However, it has heating with wrought iron radiators throughout the house and air conditioning in the common areas. In the bedrooms, there are silent vintage ceiling fans.

All the rooms are exterior, so the ventilation of the whole house is perfect.
It consists of three bedrooms with capacity for six people.
The independent living room is equipped with a sofa and several armchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful natural light that filters through the balconies to the old Infante street.

The kitchen is independent and has all kinds of appliances and utensils, as well as a pleasant table to eat.

The three bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower.

The apartment has an area with natural light from large windows for reading and studying, with art, literature and travel books available to tenants. There is Wi-Fi and TV connection.

There are two large public car parks very close to the apartment. For long stays, an entry permit to the Area can be arranged, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Otherwise, you can access the apartment on foot, through a beautiful pedestrian zone or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
