🔸It is mandatory to pay the deposit and administration fee after the booking will be confirm. This payment is directly with the advertiser. You can pay only with credit card or bank transfer. It is not possible to pay in cash.

Our Double Studio (Single Use - 2 beds for 1 person- you don't need to share) are the perfect room for you. They’ve been thoughtfully designed to give you a sense of privacy and calm, still with all the high-quality finishes you’d find in our other room types.

Located on floors 1 to 8, each room is a spacious 20 – 26 m2 and comes equipped with two 105-120 cm compact double beds, two study desks & chairs, two large wardrobes with shelving & hanging space, a full length mirror, and one modern ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a two-ring induction hob, combi-microwave oven, fridge with freezer shelf, sink, and plenty of storage. Oh, and let’s not forget the air-conditioning!

We’ve made sure that our Double Studios (Single Use) are perfect for your day to day life. When you book a bed in a Double Studio, you’ll still get full access to all of our common spaces and you’ll be able to attend all of our events – so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.

Located in the famous neighbourhood of Príncipe Pío – just a short walk from the Palacio Real de Madrid and the buzz of the city centre.

With amazing public transport links across the street, you’ve got everything you need on your doorstep.
