This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa, TV and dining area and a kitchen where, besides the basics, you’ll also find a washing machine and a microwave.

It’s located in the Gaztambide neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberí. It’s an active area where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants, pubs and shops and, if you feel like taking a walk, you can always go to one of the parks in the place.

The closest metro stations are *Moncloa (Lines 3 and 6)* and *Islas Filipinas (Line 7),* from where you’ll be able to access universities such as ESIC , Comillas or Nebrija.

- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
