This bright apartment is completely new, furnished and equipped, it has two double bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub, an independent kitchen fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for your comfort. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven. In addition, the apartment has the basic elements to make your stay more pleasant, such as air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, elevator, among others. The apartment is newly decorated with very good taste.
It is perfectly located in the famous Chamberi area, in the Arapiles neighborhood. You can find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, it will also be close to places of interest such as the Malasaña neighborhood or Gran Vía. Also, you will be able to get to know the rest of the city using public transport, the closest metro station being Quevedo ( L2) and several bus lines.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
