It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living and dining area and a modern kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay in Madrid where, besides the basics, you’ll also find a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine; this last one in a separate room so you can close the door if you don’t want to hear a single noise while your clothes get washed.

It’s in the Hispanoamérica neighborhood, in the Chamartín district. In the area you’ll find several shops, restaurants and bars and it’s also near the Berlín Park and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

The closest metro stations are *Concha Espina (Line 9)* and *Colombia (Lines 8 and 9).* From here you’ll easily access Alfonso X University or the ESADE and ESERP centers.

Rental conditions:

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
