In general, the apartment is very bright and has a small terrace where you’ll be able to catch some fresh air.

This apartment is located in the Chueca-Justicia neighborhood, in the Center district. From here you’ll be able to get to the *Complutense University of Madrid* or *Politecnica University* between others in a matter of minutes. Near it you’ll also find lots of restaurants and shops, as well as parks and museums (like the Romanticism or History ones).

The nearest metro stops are *Alonso Martinez (Lines 4, 5 and 10) and Colón (Line 4).* Perfect to discover Madrid.

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
